ALEXANDRIA, Ind.--Glen Byron Pierce, 88, Rt. 4, died Wednesday at home.
Born June 15, 1907, in Alexandria, he was the son of Lyman and Lavina Sunderland Pierce. He was a farmer and member of First Christian Church of Alexandria.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Mildred Frazier Pierce; a daughter, Carol Ann Pierce of Seattle, Wash.; a sister, Sarah Katherine Shinabarger of Anderson; a nephew and a niece.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Owens Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Poindexter officiating. Burial will be in Park View Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
