Mrs. Acey CORY COLLOM, R.R. 1, Rochester, died at 4:40 p.m. Sunday in Woodlawn hospital where she had een a patient since March 27. She had been seriously ill for three weeks. A retired school teacher, Mrs. Collom had been a resident at Lake Manitou 11 years. She was the daugher of William Taylor and Mary HINES CORY. Her marriage was Jan. 19, 1918, to W. Don COLLOM, who survives. She was a member of the Universalist Church of Oaklandon and the WSCS Mary Martha Circle of Grace Methodist church. Also surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Paul (Donna Joyce) LEY, Kewanna; two sons, Dean COLLOM, Scotts Bluff, Neb., and Major James COLLOM, Scott Air Base, Ill., and nine grandchildren. Last rites will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Zimmerman Brothers funeral home with the Rev. Allen BYRNE officiating. Burial will be in the Kewanna I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Tuesday.
