Dad, Jan 1990, Smithfield, VA. Aunt Alleyne and Midge came to visit, I was there along with Sean, who was 2 1/2 years of age. His house in Gates, NC was being built, and he was picking out the wood for cabinets, and other necessities. Never in my WILDEST dreams did I think that December 19, 1992, Dad would be called Home. Love always.

Dad and his sidekick Murphy. Man, he loved that dog. Dad kept going back and forth about this German Schnauzer, he had taken care of Mikes; dog, who, after being the worst puppy of all times (she liked to chew on everything!! She was also a pretty hyper Cocker Spaniel, but have to admit, when she FINALLY got past a year old, until her death, she was a great dog. Murph was always a great dog, however, we had a running joke, I wasn't allowed to refer to Murphy as a "dog" because he was too "REGAL" LOL and to REALLY get my goat, Dad would refer to me as Murph's sister when telling him to fetch a toy. hehe, yeah funny stuff Dad! :)
