Francis J. Fegan, 82, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania passed away February 17, 2012 at the Franklin County Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was the son of the late Leo S. and Mary C. Andrews Fagan. A U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War, he was employed for 40 years at Nitterhouse Concrete in Chambersburg. He was a member of Corpus Christi Church and a life member of Charles Nitterhouse Post 1599 VFW. His wife Joanne Hoover Fagan passed away June 23, 2004.
He is survived by two children, Robert "Bob" Fegan and wife Vicky and Diane McCarty and husband Richard, all of Chambersburg; three grandchildren, Corey and Tim Fegan and Becky McCarty; his sister, Mildred Green of Jonesboro, Georgia; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by a brother, Herbert Fegan, two sisters, Lucille Culbertson and Dorothy Ehrhart.
