Albert J. Jensen aged 71.

Albert Jentoft Jensen aged 71 of Townsend, died on November 2 1968. Mr. Jensen was born on June 17, 1897 in Arlington, the son of the late Jens A. and Amanda O. (Olson) Jensen of Pepperell.

Albert was raised in Peppered the greater part of his life and received his education in the Pepperell School System. Albert was employed in his youth as a mechanic for the Boston and Maine Rail Road Company, later operating his own auto service in Ayer. In his later life he chicken farmed on his property on North End Road in Townsend. Albert was a communicant of the First Congregational church of Pepperell.

Mr. Jensen is survived by his wife Mrs. Mary L. (Baker) Jensen of Townsend; Mr. Jensen also leaves a son Mr. Walter B. Jensen and his wife Virginia L. (Patenaude) of Ogunquit Maine, also he leaves his foster son David Hoffman of Townsend.

Mr. Jensen was the father of the late Albert J. Jensen Jr, and the late Richard A. Jensen, and brother of the late Chester T. Jensen of Valdosta, GA.

Albert Leaves behind three grandchildren, Bernard A. Jensen and his wife Kathleen of Pepperell, Richard W. Jensen and his wife Eleanor of Portsmouth NH, and Susan Jensen of Chelmsford.

Albert also leaves 9 Great Grandchildren, Cheryl Jensen, Cindy Jensen, Hope Jensen, Heidi Jensen, Keith Jensen, Alison Jensen, Richard Jensen Jr. , David Jensen, and Kevin Jensen.

Albert is also survived by three sisters, Charlotte O. Iten of Pepperell, Amanda B. Blake of Old Bridge NJ, and Adeline V. Ferguson of Sutton; also he leaves two brothers Frank A. Jensen, of Daytona Beach FL, and Arthur R. Jensen of Lunenburg.
