M. J. Cully Dies In Seattle; Last Rites To Be Here
Michael "Jack" Cully, 79, died at Seattle on Sunday. A requiem mass will be celebrated at St. Jude's Catholic church at 9 a.m. Thursday.
Mr. Cully was well known here having been a resident of this area for many years.
Mr. Cully was born July 23, 1879 at Friend, Neb. Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. E.J. Sullivan, Seattle, Wash.; Mrs. Fred Shanley, Pacific Grove, Calif.; Mrs. E.H. Phalen, Morton Grove, Ill.; Alice Lawlor and Elizabeth Cully, both of Eugene, Ore.; one son, John J. Cully, Bellevue, Wash.; and a sister, Mrs. Agnes Smith, Seattle, Wash. His wife, preceded him in death on Feb. 19, 1948.
