Kenneth T. Wulff
1906 – 1944
Kenneth Theodore Wulff, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wulff (Carrie Odegard) was born at Mondovi on August 8, 1906. He was baptized into the Lutheran church on Sept. 9, 1906, by Rev. F.A. Moller. He was instructed and confirmed by Rec. E.A. Norson on June 19, 1921.
He lived with his parents in the city of Mondovi until the year 1921, when they moved to their farm in the town of Naples. Here he resided until his marriage on April 10, 1926 to Miss Selma Jordet, daughter of Knute Jordet of Modena. To this union five children were born; Sanford, Phillip, Waldemar and Eileen. One infant son preceded him in death.
Kenneth never, in his entire lifetime, enjoyed good health. Four years ago he suffered a severe heart attack from which he never fully recovered. From then on his health has failed gradually until his death at his home in Armour Valley on Saturday, May 20, 1944.
Survivors besides his immediate family are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wulff; one brother, Martin; one sister, (Eleonore) Mrs. Myron Eide and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Halvorson from the Central Lutheran Church at Mondovi on May 23. A quartette consisting of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Johnson, Mrs. Geo. Nelson and Orville Quarberg sang "Jesus Lover of My Soul" and "Softly and Tenderly Jesus is Calling."
Interment was at the Lutheran cemetery.
