Second of four children of Edwin E. Graham & Emma E. Lawrence. She never married but was the guardian for her niece Natalie Vultee, her sister Gertrude's only child. Supposedly she took Natalie from NYC to California to live about 1919, but Alice is found living alone in the 1920 census. It's said in the family that Alice was executive secretary to the President of United Artists at one time, though she was listed as unemployed in both 1920 & 1930. Her niece Natalie was in the Olive View asylum in Sylmar, Calif. in 1930. Alice had been to Europe at least twice in her life, once in 1894 with her mother and sister Gertrude, and again in 1914 when she took Natalie there.
