Adam Burrier, a farmer of Loudon Township, living near Germano, committed suicide by jumping into a barrel of water head foremost. He was found dead with his feet sticking out of the barrel. His age was 40. He was temporarily insane.
This was in the Free Press Standard, Carrollton, Ohio, Thursday, December 8, 1910.
Suffering from a mental derangement, Adam Burrier, aged about 40, living near Jefferson, plunged headforemost into a slop barrel Monday and was drowned.
NOTE--the age does match up, but I do believe this is the same Adam Burrier.
