SIMEON ALONZO FARLEY PASSES
Was Former Ogden Barber; Was Married In Logan
Word has been received of the death of Simeon Alonzo Farley at seven forty-five o'clock Tuesday night in Los Angeles.
He was born in Ogden, the son of Isaac and Madeline Malan Farley. He was married to Lenora Barker in 1884 in the Logan temple. Mr. Farley was a barber by trade and worked in Ogden for many years, and on the S. S. Alexander from Seattle to San Pedro.
He is survived by the following son and daughters: Mrs. Maude Delameter, Ogden; William Farley and Mrs. Beatrice Chipp of Los Angeles; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, Edward Farley, Seattle, Wash.; five sisters, Mrs. Julia Miller, Mrs. Jennie Gibson, both of Los Angeles; Mrs. Lettie Forsgren, Mrs. C. A. Marriott and Mrs. C. P. Ferrin, all of Ogden.
Upon arrival of the body, funeral arrangements will be announced by Malan Funeral home.
