Based on the information that has been left, Elizabeth is not buried in this cemetery. There is a space for her, but she has not been buried here. I checked on familysearch.org, and it shows that she married on 4-22-1896 in Pennsylvania, a Joseph W. Loyer (1842). Per the 1920s PA Census, they were living there still. Beyond that, I could not locate any info.

Cemetery office has no record of this person

Details:
No record for this Elizabeth Yetley 1843-1940. Fred Yetley's stone in Section V has a blank space on the left half as if it was intended to be used (for Elizabeth?). Maybe her death record will say where she actually is.
