Minor S. ALDEN
Minor S. ALDEN, 70, of 129 Sharon avenue, died at 10:10 o'clock this morning at his home following a week's illness. He had been a resident of Battle Creek about 30 years. He was born in Tompkins county, New York, Sept. 16, 1866 the son of Alvah and Sarah (HOISINGTON) ALDEN. He was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose and I.O.O.F., 272. He is survived by the widow, Pauline, two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy A. FREVERT of Charles City, Ia., and Mrs. Doris ABBOTT of Battle Creek: one son, John ALDEN at home; one granddaughter, Pauline Elizabeth FREVERT. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Hebble chapel and burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.
