Dominic Richter, 82, 8452 Richter Lane, Custer, died Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010, at Ministry St. Michael's Hospital in Stevens Point.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia, with the Rev. Marcin Mankowski officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. Wednesday until the Mass.
A memorial in his name will be established at a later date.

Mr. Richter was born Oct. 5, 1928, in Portage County, a son of the late Joseph and Martha (Lehman) Richter.
He was married to Viola Kontney on Oct. 22, 1951, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Polonia.
He was a farmer.
Mr. Richter was a member of the Sacred Heart Holy Name Society and the St. Isadore Society.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Diane Dombeck, Eland, and Deborah (Walter) Sell, Wausau; one son, Dale (Jennifer), Custer; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by three brothers, six sisters and one grandson.
