He was born April 20, 1902, to William George and Mary Elizabeth Teuscher Parker, in Salt Lake City, Utah. He married Inez Wheeler May 29, 1929, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He is survived by his wife, Inez Wheeler Parker of Springville; two daughters, Linda English of Provo, Mary (Thomas) Monson of Pleasant Grove; two sons, Donald (Janet) Parker, and Jack (Janice) Parker, both of Springville; 26 grandchildren and 53 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Raymond Parker of Springville, and Fredrick Parker of Salt Lake City; one sister, Ruth Nielson of Layton. He was preceded in death by a son, David Alma Parker, who died in infancy.
