William A. Johnston of West Fairfield, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind and memory;
To my beloved wife Harriet Johnston the house and three lots, the property in which I now reside, as long as she remains my widow or her natural life;
After her death I bequeath this property and all my personal effects to my son James T. Johnston on the following terms: that he pay to my daughter Savilla Jane Rohm the sum of $150 in three equal payments of $50 each year after the death of their mother without interest;
I appoint my friend M.A. Graham executor;
