Some on RootsWeb/WorldConnect have thought that Robert and Honor's daughter Catherine, born c. 1832, married Henry Grove, a next-door neighbor; but Henry's wife, also named Catherine, was born much earlier (abt 1802-1804). Also, by 1880, Henry Grove had died, and Robert and Honor's daughter Catherine/Katherine was still alive, age 57, still unmarried and living with her brother Robert Elwood (Jr.). The death date and burial place of Catherine (born c. 1832) are unknown.

Many thanks to fellow Find A Grave contributor Rick Elwood for sending a SAC on 24 Jan 2016 suggesting the addition of Antrim, Tioga Co, to the Pennsylvania already listed as Robert's state of birth and suggesting the addition of Highland Co to the Ohio already listed as Robert's state of death. Rick also suggested adding the middle initial B to Robert's name and adding Jr. as a suffix. When I created the memorial, I had decided it would be best to err on the side of caution and not to insert information for which I could not cite a good source; accordingly, I've asked Rick for his source(s) so that I can cite them on this memorial, and, as of 31 Jan 2016, I'm waiting to hear from him about those sources. Still waiting as of 10 Oct 2019. Still waiting as of 24 Jan 2022.
