LOOKEBA, OK - Annette "Ann" VanWey, 45, passed away at her home near Lookeba, OK on Sunday, July 28, 2002.
She was born in Racine, WI on April 7, 1957 to Morris Arneson Sr. and Adeline Stendahl Arneson.
Ann moved to Sparta in 1980 and then to Watonga, OK in 1981 and to Hinton, OK in 1986. Ann attended Horlick High School in Racine. She attended Caddo Kiowa Vo-Tech from 1988 until 1990 and received a Business Management Degree. She was a long-time employee of the Legacy Banks. Ann was a member and Deacon of the Rock of Restoration Church at Calumet, OK.
Surviving are her husband, Jack VanWey of the home in Lookeba, OK; two sons, Damein VanWey and wife, Tonya of Hinton, OK and Nicholas VanWey of the home in Lookeba, OK; one daughter, Candace VanWey of Weatherford, Ok; one granddaughter, Mercedez VanWey of Hinton, OK; and three brothers, Morris Arneson Jr., Allen Arneson, and Mark Arneson, all of Racine, WI.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, Morris and Adeline Arneson; and one sister, Rebecca Arneson.
Funeral services will be held at Rock of Restoration Church in Calumet, OK on Thursday, August 1, 2002, at 10 a.m. with Rev. Greg Zoschak officiating. Burial will be in Hinton Cemetery in Hinton, OK.
