Pat M. Richards, 79, of 1516 Mitchell Ave. died Tuesday afternoon at his residence. Grave side services 11:30 A.M. today at Waco Memorial Park the Reverend Richard Reed and the Reverend Robert Frueh officiating. Mr. Richard was born June 10, 1909 in Belton. He worked at Blackland Air Force Base during World War II. He was married to Lynett Baker on June 25, 1938. He worked for Jones Fine Bread and Mrs. Bairds Bread for 30 years. He attended Lake Shore United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, a daughter, Patricia Dorris of Fort Worth, three sons, Douglas Richards of Lewisville, Doyle Richards of Cedar Hill and Calvin Richards of Lorena, three sisters Ruby Reeves, Myrtle Buice and Kathryn Battle all of Waco, two brothers, Aubrey Richards of Waco and Robert Richards of Grand Prairie. 10 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. The family has designated Lake Shore United Methodist Church or Bethel Baptist Church for memorials Wilkirson-Hatch Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
