Buanna Dean Roberts, 86, of 402 South Third Street, widow of Clyde G Roberts, died Monday (June 1991) at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington after an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Harvey and Elva Kemp Dean and a member of the Wesley Chapel Methodist Church. Survivors include two children, Mrs Pauline McMurtry, Lebanon, and Herbert Roberts, Jessamine County; three sisters, Mattie Roberts, Florida, Geneva Harvey and Edna Blakeman, both of Nicholasville; a brother, James Harvey Dean, Lexington; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Services were held Wednesday at the Guyn, Kurtz, Hager and Cundiff Funeral Home. Rev. Don A Morris, officiated. Burial followed at the Maple Grove Cemetery. Casketbearers were Larry Roberts, David Asbury, Chuck Brussell, Alan Lanham, Bud McMurtry, and Jim McMurtry.
