Mrs. Baxley was born in Conway, a daughter of Mrs. Alice Young Collins and the late Theodore J. Collins. She was a member of Rehobeth Church and was retired from Wellman Inc. and Tupperware Manufacturing Co.
Survivors include her husband, Julius E. (Happy) Baxley of the home; daughters, Donna B. (Ronnie) Filyaw of Pawleys Island and Glenda B. (Wesley) Watts of Johnsonville; grandchildren, Justin and Jonathan Filyaw, both of Pawleys Island, Tyler and Lianna Watts of Johnsonville; and siblings, Mary Langley, Jackie (Jimmie) Pope, Bill (Barbara) Collins, Winston (Linda) Collins, Hoyt (Carol) Collins Sr., Charles (Ruby) Collins, all of Hemingway, Queen (Donald) Langley of Johnsonville and Terry (Kathy) Collins of Georgetown.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Larry, James, Ralph and Stafford Collins.
