Obituary:
Lucille M. Cole, 64 died Monday at St. Joseph Hospital.
She was an inspector for 41 years in the selecting department at Owens Illinois Glass. She was born in Witt, Ill., daughter of the Joseph and Alice (Newsman) Reardon.
She married Charles R. Cole in 1933 in Edwardsville. Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mary Schoeneweis of Wood River; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Josephine Jones of Alton, Mary Youngberg of Rosewood Heights and Audrey Reardon of Wood River.
Two sisters and a brother preceded her in death.
Services will be conducted Thursday at Smith Funeral Home in Alton at l p.m. Jasper H. Brown will be officiating.
Burial will be in Upper Alton Cemetery.
