Margaret M Kershner, 85

Margaret Mae Kirshner, 85, of Hagerstown, passed away Monday, June 25, 2007, at Western Maryland Hospital Center.
Born on Oct 3, 1921, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Hilbert C Williamson, who died in 1965, and Julia m (Templon) Williamson, who died in 1999 at the age of 103.
She was a member of Christ's Reformed Church in Hagerstown, where she had taught Sunday school.
Margaret was a 1940 graduate of Hagerstown High School.
She retired as a Secretary with the UAW.
She married Edgar H Kershner on Christmas Eve in 1940, and he preceded her in death in 1980.
She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn L Chaney, and husband Robert N of Greencastle, Pa.; a son, Dr. Brian K Kershner and wife, Liping Wang, of Milford, Conn.; a stepdaughter, Nina Chang; a brother Robert C Williamson, Sr. of Hagerstown; a niece and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at Rest Haven Cemetery, 1601 Pennsylvania Ave. Hagerstown, at 11 a.m.
Memorial contributions may be made to Christ's Reformed Church, 130 W Franklin St., Hagerstown, Md 21740
