Beryl married Jospeh Jonathan Hanson on December 24, 1926 and together they had 9 children; Jackaline, Peggy, Rose, Marjorie, Mary, Joseph Jr., Wanda, Billy and Judith. She is survived by all 9 of her children, 29 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

Every Christmas Eve the entire family would gather at the home of Beryl and Joseph to celebrate not only Christmas, but also their anniversary. Joseph passed away just 3 days after their 50th anniversary. After his passing Beryl continued the family gathering on Christmas Eve enjoying her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
