W. J. Bailey, 69, died Wednesday, March 21, at his residence in D’lo. Funeral services were held Thursday at D’lo Baptist Church under the direction of Upton Funeral Home. Burial was in the D'lo Cemetery.
Survivors include: his wife, Mrs. Addie B. Royle Bailey, D’lo; two sons, C.W. Bailey, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, Ted Bailey, D'lo; three brothers, Hosea Bailey, Mobile, Ala., Sidney Bailey, Clarksdale, Frank Bailey, D'lo; six sisters, Mrs. Fred McLendon, Ethel, Mrs. David Forde, Goodman, Mrs. Catherine Dolittle, Houston, Texas, Mrs. George Carter, Kosciusko, Mrs. George McClellan, Lexington, Mrs. Guy Dunnagin, Jackson; and four grandchildren.
