Rev. Terrence "Ted" Milton Bailey of Lowell, Arkansas passed away on July 10, 2023. He was born on June 8, 1933 in Kosciusko, Mississippi to the late Jennings Bailey and Addie Bea (Royales).

Ted enjoyed playing sports in his younger years, and he excelled playing college football. He also started a karate studio in his town.

Ted married Linda Tobin, and they spent 34 years of marriage with one another, raising a wonderful family along the way. Ted was a faithful follower of Christ, and he committed his life to serving the Lord. He and Linda spent 10 years spreading the word of God as missionaries in Mexico. They were devoted members of their church, and Ted will be remembered for touching hundreds of lives through the word of God. He will be dearly missed by those who knew him.

Ted is survived by: his wife, Linda Bailey; sons, Mike (Theresa) Bailey, and Kerry (DeeDee) Bailey; step-children, Leigh (Gary) Batt, Chase (Meghan) Batt, Ron Fulmer, Ryan Batt, Lori Batt; granddaughters, Brandi (Logan) Deck, Lane' (Ryan) Brister, Shelby (Dustin) Jenkins; seven great-grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on July 19 at Rollins Funeral Home from 6:00-7:30pm. A graveside service will be held the following day at Fayetteville National Cemetery at 10:30am.
