Everett E. Householder, 81, a former resident of Bowling Green, died at 11:30 o'clock Wednesday morning at his Montgomery Township farm home six miles east of Jerry City. His health had been failing since last spring and for three months he had been ill of a complication of diseases which resulted in his death.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at two o'clock at the J. P. Deck funeral home. The Rev. R. K. Powell will officiate and burial will be made in the Weston Cemetery.

Mr. Householder was born at Scotch Ridge on April 11, 1852, a son of Daniel and Rebecca Householder, and was 81 years, eight months and two days of age at the time of his death. He was the last of a family of seven children.

He was married July 4, 1875 to Caroline Kyes of New Rochester and to their union were born seven sons and three daughters: L. D. Householder, of Louisville, KY, E. W. Householder, of Savannah, GA, John A. Householder, of Portage, Earl M. Householder, of Detroit, Clarence Householder, of Midland, MI; Mrs. Frank Klotz, of Bowling Green, Miss Clara Householder, Toledo; Mrs. Charles Seifert, of Bowling Green and Orrin Householder, who preceded his parents in death March 6, 1898.

The mother of this family passed away March 15, 1901. His second marriage to Lettie Frederick, of North Baltimore, occurred December 21, 1901, and to their union was born one daughter, Mrs. Donald (Helma) Wansettler, who is at home. He also leaves an adopted son, Reverda S. Householder of Saginaw, MI; twenty-four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
