Fred Wilcox, 64, died Dec 29 in Poughkeepsie, from an injury received while he was working on the county road on Chestnut Ridge. Familiarly called "Windy" by his many friends, he was born in Dover and had lived here his entire life. The funeral was held in Oniontown at the home of Mr. & Mrs George Vincent, with interment in Valley View. Survived by his wife, who was Angie Vincent; two daughters, Mrs. Allen Brown of this village and Mrs George Clarkson of Chatham; two sons, Lawrence & Frank Wilcox; two brothers and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
