A native of Spartanburg, S.C. She had resided in Asheville for most of her life.
Mrs. Corn retired from Memorial Mission Hospital where she served as an operating room technician, was formerly employed with Belk’s for many years and was a member of Newbridge Baptist Church.
She was the daughter of the late Thomas Jenkins Bagwell and Fannie Jones Brown Bagwell and the wife of the late Joseph Peter Corn who died April 17, 1984.
