Henrietta, NC - Thomas J. Bagwell died Monday, Dec. 25, 1944 at 11:30 o'clock at his residence following a lenghty illness. Member of Henrietta Baptist Church a former Deacon, and Superintendent of Church School, a teacher, of Bible Class. Interment was in the Caroleen-Henietta Cemetery. He was connected with the textile mill business for 50 years. He moved to Henrietta, NC in 1920 and was superintendent of Henrietta Cotton Mills. Survivors included: his wife, the former Miss Louise Wood, six daughters, Mr. C. J. Nolan, Mrs. Edith Francis, Mrs. J. P. Corn, Mrs. J. B. Harrill, Mrs. L.J. Lominiac and Miss Ellen Bagwell; two sons, E. J. Bagwell and H. W. Bagwell; 20 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; two brothers, W. L. and D. T. Bagwell; two sisters, Mrs. M. O. Henson and J.
