Funeral services were last week for Larry A Waigand (Sr) Rt 4, Allegan, who died Dec 5 in Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids. Mr. Waigand was 68. Born Dec 11, 1903, in Boise, Idaho, he lived in Chicago prior to moving to the Allegan area, where he worked as a farmer. Survivors include his wife Wanda; a daughter Mrs. Dale (Shirley) Jipping, Hamilton, two sons, Larry Jr , Allegan, and Fred Lentz, Hamilton, a brother, Charles, Chicgo; a sister Mrs. Evelyn Livingston, Quartzsite, Ariz; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Burial was at Oakwood Cemetery
