He was warranted over 210 acres of land in Pine Grove, Berks County (present-day Schuylkill County), Pennsylvania on 11 March 1767.

Simon Bressler (Presler) died on 12 November 1802 and he was buried on 14 November 1802. His age in the burial register was listed as 81 years, 7 months and 10 days, which (if correct) would place his birth date as 2 April 1721.
