DEATH OF MRS. PRESTON.

Final Dissolution Follows the Third Stroke of Paralysis.

The death of Mrs. Louisa J. Preston occurred last night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George R. Kinne, No. 438 Gifford street. She suffered a third stroke of paralysis on Wednesday evening and did not regain consciousness before she died. Mrs. Preston was the wife of K. H. C. Preston, who died a few years ago at their home in West Onondaga street. She was 64 years old, a member of the Delaware Street Baptist church, and had a large circle of friends and acquaintances who will mourn her death.

Mrs. Preston was a native of Manlius and the mother of a large family of grown children, who are Mrs. Myron J. Wheeler, Mrs. George R. Kinne, Mrs. George O. White, Charles H. Preston and Albert C. Preston of Syracuse, Mrs. Erastus S. Upham of Duluth, Minn., and Melvin Preston of Cleveland, Ohio. The funeral will be held to-morrow at 2 P. M. at No. 438 Gifford street.
She was a daughter of Henry and Mary J. Phillips.
