He was an electrician and a former member of Local #284 I.B.E.W.
He was a member of St. Luke Simpson Methodist Church and a life member of V. F. W. Post 2130.
Survivors include his wife, Patty Lula Stone of Lake Charles. Three sons, Ernest C. Stone and Carter D. Stone both of Pittsfield, Mass., and Clinton A. Stone of Fort Mohave, AZ, six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 in the Johnson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at a later date in Pittsfield Cemetery in Pittsfield, MA.
