According to the 1920 census, Marion Wilson, was a Stenographer at the Oil Workers Union and Amos Leo Saulsbury was working in the oil fields as a tool dresser, in the area of Maricopa, Kern Co., California. They were both single when the census taker called during the first few days in February. They were apparently in love at that time, because soon after that they were married. On May 3rd 1921 the had a baby boy, Amos Leo Saulsbury, Jr. During their 44 years of marriage they had 5 children. They are: Amos Leo Saulsbury, Jr.
