She was a retired nurses' aide and member of Oak Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and two sisters.
Survived by one daughter - Mrs. Russell "Cookie" Reedy; two sons - Royce Gilmore and JImmy Gilmore; three sisters - Mildred Gilmore, Ona Faye Brown, and Lorene Ainsworth; three brothers - L.L. Hinson, Ralph HInson, and Frank Hinson; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
