Fae Whiting Moulton
1917 - 2016

Fae Whiting Moulton, 98, passed away on June 27, 2016, in American Fork, Utah.

Mom was born on December 15, 1917, in Mapleton, Utah, to George Clinton and Hazel Evans Whiting. She lost her dad when she was ten years old but she still experienced a happy childhood surrounded by many relatives.

Mom met Glen William Moulton from Provo and they were married on February 26, 1935. Their marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on August 13, 1937. They were blessed with six children: Margie, Provo; Ronald Glen, Provo; Colette (Nolan) Skinner, Orem; Evelyn (Clark) Mitchell, Orem; Robert William (Shirleen), Provo; and Valerie (Bill) Olds, Green River, Wyoming.

Mom was a wonderful homemaker but her greatest enjoyment was sewing. She made most of the clothes for her family and many quilts. She gave many hours of service to her family and her church. She served in many callings: Sunday School, Primary, and as Relief Society president and counselor. She and dad served in the Provo Utah Temple until dad suffered a stroke.

Mom was preceded in death by her husband; parents; brother, Ronald Clinton Whiting; and sisters: Loetta Steele, Blanche Love, Elaine Reuther and LaVon Maiben. She is survived by her six children, 29 grandchildren and 82 great and great-great-grandchildren.

Our family would like to thank the staff at Stonehenge of American Fork for the loving care they gave to Mother.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at the Berg Drawing Room Chapel, 185 East Center Street, Provo, Utah. Friends may call from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment, Provo City Cemetery.
