Final rites held here April 8 for Miss C.Van Roekel
Funeral services were held at the Vander Ploeg funeral chapel here at 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 8, for Miss Cornelia Van Roekel, 92, who died April 6.
Services were conducted by the Rev. Jack Boerigter and burial was in Memory Gardens cemetery here under the direction of Vander Ploeg's Funeral Home.
Miss Van Roekel was born in The Netherlands January 7, 1882.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Hattie Kroon, of Sioux Center.
