Mr. Elmer Brown Jr. Of Kings Mountain dies at Home Friday
Mr. Elmer Brown Jr., 45, Kings Mountain, died at 9 p.m. Friday at his home after suffering an apparent heart attack.
He was a foundery worker and a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Fanny Brown, Kings Mountain; a brother, Henry Brown, Rockford, Ill., and four sisters, Mrs. Alma Walla, Mrs. Roberta Sweeny, Mrs. Betty Ried and Mrs. Pauline Derry, all of Rockford, Ill.
Services were conducted at 10:30 a. m. Monday at Kings Mountain Methodist Church by the Rev. Jerry Litherland.
Burial was in Goshen Cemetery.
Arrenagements were handled by Beasley and Raney Funeral Home.
