Matilda "Tootsie" was born to the late Gilbert Raymond and Hazel Gertrude Sharp Hall.She is survived by brother, Sidney James Hall of Lake Butler,children: Randy Lee Miller, Holly Elaine Miller, Paul Martin Miller, Rocky Zane Burgess, Jonathan Nelson Cowger, Judy Lynn Cowger Stegall and Casey Amber McRae all of Florida. Preceded in death by the following siblings; Donald Eugene Hall, Mildred June Woods, Roger Lee Hall, Lionel Raymond Hall, Nola Beth Kimble, Carlton Raye Hall. Matilda was baptized and confirmed a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Days, June 1949 at Grassy Creek, Webster County, West Virginia.
