Fernando (known as Chris to some) was born to Fernando and Carlotta Alviso Moreno.
He always had a joke to tell you and it was never the same one you had already heard. A smile on his face, even as he layed in his hospital bed, he still loved to tell stories of his younger days. At all the family parties, reunions, and other get togethers, Fernando would join other family members and play his guitar and sing. Many times everyone else would join him and sing along. I loved hearing him sing "Spanish Eyes." Each niece and nephew have their own favorite song he would always sing.
