Rheanell Anderson, 86, departed this life on August 6, 2004.

Rheanell was born to the parents of Albert Sidney Allen and Myrtle Wells Allen on December 12, 1917 in Rockdale, Texas. She was one of 13 children. She married Lynwood Anderson in 1943, after they met in Galveston, Texas, as he was getting ready to ship out during World War II. She was a long-time resident of the Baytown area since 1948.

Rheanell is preceded in death by her husband of 61 years; Lynwood Anderson. She is survived by her daughters: Susan Bankston and husband: Bill of Baytown, Texas; Lindy Anderson of Baytown, Texas. Grandchildren; Ann Merrill of Augusta, Ga., Shawn Bankston of Baytown, Texas; James I. Fleming Jr. of Baytown, Texas. Six great grandchildren; and her only surviving sibling, her loving brother; Richard Allen of Brenham, Texas.

Graveside services will held at Earthman Memory Gardens on Monday, August 9, 2004 at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Ken Goodell officiating.
