Mrs. Susan Meyers, aged 80 years, who suffered a fracture of the hip in a fall at her home in Rockwood, March 8th, died March 14th, in the Memorial Hospital in Johnstown, where she had been a patient since February 27. She suffered considerably from shock and contracted pneumonia which hastened her death. She was the widow of Aaron Meyers, who passed away in Rockwood several years ago. Surviving are three sons, John, of Alberta, Canada; David, of Rockwood, and Charles, of Connellsville. Funeral services were conducted on Monday, March 10, at her late home, in charge of Rev. C. N. Miller, pastor of the Rockwood Lutheran Church.
