Daughter of Thomas and Sarah (Lutz) Wiggins. Married James Shepherd on 8 Sep 1851 in Harlem Springs, Carroll, Ohio. He died in 1891. She later moved to Missouri and proabably was living with her daughter Savannah Rachel (Shepherd) Orr at the time of her death.
