Lucille Reinebelle Cornwell Winans, 86, of 320 S. Dubuque St., Apt. 309, died Monday in her son's mobile home at Breckinridge Estates, 25E, Iowa City, after a long illness. Services: Thursday, George L. Gay Funeral Home, where friends may call today. Burial: Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Survivors include a son, Maurice Toomer, Sr., of Iowa City; a daughter, Marjie Natterstad of Oxnard, Calif.; a brother, Benjamin Cornwell of Greeley; and a sister, Eva Easton of Dundee.

Also surviving are six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, three sisters and three brothers.

She was born May 12, 1906, in Greeley, a daughter of William and Liza Cornwell. She worked at New Process Laundry in Iowa City for 3 1/2 years and was also a homemaker. She married Arthur Toomer in 1922, in Delhi. Following his death she married Joseph Winans. She lived in Greeley, Monticello and Iowa City.
