Son of Elkanah Turner Bush (11/06/1832–01/11/1900) & Lucy Ann Baber Bush (12/17/1843–10/16/1900) who married on 11/29/1865 in Gallatin, Sumner Co., TN;


1890 - Accompanied (at age 20) his older brother, Thomas Baber Bush, Sr. to Lawrenceville, GA where his brother began his study of medicine & where he worked as a summer construction laborer. (See letter from his mother, attached);


1898 - Assumed operation of the grocery/general store established by his father, Elkanah Turner Bush in Bowling Green, KY c. 1895;


1908: Married Sue Terrill HOLBROOK Bush (11/30/1881 - 1969) on 04/30/1908 in Mt. Vernon, Franklin Co., TX & returned to Bowling Green, KY where their only child: a daughter, Jennie Hill was born in 1909;


1910: he, his wife & daughter are living at her father's home in Dallas, Texas & he's still in the grocery business.


1933: E. T. dies on 25 March 1933 from "starvation due to diabetes."

Jennie Hill BUSH Dunn (04/15/1909 - 06/ /1978) m. Thomas Sterling Dunn, Sr. (02/17/1904 - 06/30/1985);
