Mary was 1 of 5 children born to Abraham Oakes & his 1st wife, Lois (Gurley).

Mary & Caleb Greene married in about 1810 in Bridgewater, NY.

Mary's daughter, Lois, married Windsor Otis Clark, on April 18, 1828. They left NY shortly after their marriage. They purchased land near Lois's parents, Caleb & Mary Green, in Cherry Valley, Ashtabula Co, Ohio. In about 1847-48 Windsor, Lois and Mary Green moved to LaSalle Co, IL; Caleb Green had died in 1840.
At the time of Mary's death she was living with her daughter, Lois, and her husband, Gustavus Clark.
Mary was 1 of 5 children born to Abraham Oakes & his 1st wife, Lois (Gurley).
