Graveside services for Charles E. Westmoreland, 90, formerly of Marietta, Ga., will be held Sunday, November 6, 2011, at 2 p.m. at Kennesaw Memorial Park in Marietta, Ga.
Mr. Westmoreland, who died Thursday, November 3, 2011, at Summerford Nursing Home, was born July 6, 1921, in Decatur to W.D. and Minnie Belle Westmoreland. He retired as a traffic controller from Lockheed Martin in Marietta. He was preceded in death by his wife of over 60 years, Peggy Drinkard Westmoreland; and four sisters, Christine Mitchell, Polly Woodall, Bunny Bice and Johnie Greene.
He is survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association .
