Born May 27, 1924 in Vernal to Henry and Katherine Abplanalp Slaugh.
Married Norman Glen Alexander on November 27, 1942. Sealed on August 21, 1964. He died March 18, 2007. Betty was an active member of the LDS Church.
Survived by children, Susan (Charles) Timothy, Salt Lake City; and Jeff (Denise) Alexander, Payson; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; sister, Carma Lea Einerson, Lehi; and brother, Glen H. Slaugh, West Valley City.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2012 in the Roosevelt Stake Center, 447 East Lagoon Street. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services.
Burial will be in the Roosevelt Cemetery.
