He leaves his wife, Mrs. Ruth Floyd; three daughters, Mrs. Marie Ramsey of Iuka, Mrs. Paul Bishop of Little Rock and Mrs. Paul McKee of Chicago; two sisters, Mrs. George Gober of Iuka and Mrs. Blanche Counce of Burnsville; two brothers, John Floyd of Kilmichael and Fred Floyd of High Springs, Fla.
