Thurman was her maiden name and is also the name on the marriage record, this Malinda is NOT the one previously married to Silas Mark. The Botts-Thurman marriage ended when Coleman passed away. Malinda then married George Achor on 4 Nov 1847 in Clinton Co, OH. The date and place of Malinda's burial are unknown, but Malinda probably died between the 1860 census (when she is listed with George "Aker" in Highland Co) and 13 Nov 1864, when George married Sarah Ann "Sallie" Williams in Highland Co, OH.
